  1. What is MyParentsClub? MyParentsClub is an online community dedicated to serving the parents and families of student-athletes. It is free to use and offers users a simple, convenient and fun way to stay informed and connected with other parents and families. The site provides a set of easy-to-use, yet powerful features that let clubs communicate with their members, and members share with each other. It offers clubs the ability to share news, maintain an accurate member list, keep a club calendar, share files, send and receive messages, poll members, and order personalized sportswear.
  2. Who operates MyParentsClub? MyParentsClub is operated by people like you - parents and families of student-athletes who have been involved with parent clubs for many years. We have experienced firsthand the joys, excitment, friendships and comradery of cheering on our student-athletes and supporting their teams. We have also experienced the headaches and challenges of running or participating in these clubs. It was through these experiences that MyParentsClub was born. We are dedicated to serving you and your student-athletes, and in the process we hope to make your experience a bit more enjoyable and less complicated.
  3. How is MyParentsClub organized? MyParentsClub is organized as a collection of clubs, each club affiliated with a student-athlete team. Our members include parents and families of middle and high school teams, as well as parents and families of youth, community and church teams. Clubs control their own membership and content, and information from each club is kept private and secure. Only the members of your club share your club's content and information. Members can maintain their own contact information and control how they are notified about club news, events, messages and so forth. Each club has an (or a few) administrator(s) who controls what features are made available to their membership and who is allowed to join their club
  4. How do I start or join a club on MyParentsClub? Starting or joining a club is a snap. The site will guide you through the free and easy sign up process and have you up and running in just a couple of clicks. Once your club is set up, you can begin inviting other members to join and start adding content. And we're always here to help you with your questions and to provide suggestions for running a successful club.
  5. How do I invite others to join my club? Inviting others to join is easy. If you have started a club, simply use the invite members tool in the admin section of your club. If you want to invite someone to start a new club or join an existing club, just send them to the MyParentsClub site.
  6. Does it cost anything to start or join a club on MyParentsClub? No! MyParentsClub is a FREE service. It is always FREE to start a club, join a club and use a club on MyParentsClub.
  7. How can MyParentsClub help our club? Here are some of the features that MyParentsClub provides to help you and your club.
    • Helps your club keep an accurate and up-to-date member list. Members can edit their own information and have control over how much information they share with other club memebers.
    • Lets your club keep its members informed on the latest club happenings, and lets members choose how and when they get notified - through the MyParentsClub website, via email, or from text messages.
    • Provides your club a shared calendar where members can create and view events and meetings.
    • Lets members send and receive messages to and from other members of your club. And members have control over how they receive messages.
    • Provides your club with a file folder, where the club and members can share documents, photos and other files.
    • Lets your club poll its members, ask questions, and take surveys. It a quick and fun way to get feedback from your members.
    • Lets members purchase personalized sportswear. Its a great way to raise funds for the club, while saving you lots of time and work.
  8. Do I have to buy sportswear from MyParentsClub? No, our sportswear services are totally optional. We offer these services to make it easier for clubs to deal with their sportswear needs. Many clubs find they can save time and money by obtaining sportswear through MyParentsClub then by doing it themselves, but it is totally optional.
